social protection in Vietnam – a new working paper

A new IDS/Centre for Social Protection working paper on social protection in Vietnam has just been published online. In this paper, I discuss the potential of social protection in Vietnam to reduce child poverty and/or stop the intergenerational transmission of poverty. The paper can be found here.
